Applications are due by 4 p.m. October 7th, 2025 .

The inhabitants of the Town of Embden are advised of a public hearing by the Board of Appeals to be held Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 6PM at the Town Office. The hearing is being held to hear an appeal of the decision of the planning board within the shoreland zone.
