The inhabitants of the town of Embden are advised the public hearing by the Board of Appeals to be held Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the town office has been cancelled due to a lack of authority and jurisdiction with regards to the Embden Solar Array Ordinance.
