Public Meeting to Discuss Replacement of Hancock Bridge

Embden, Replacement of the Hancock Bridge

When: Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.

Where: Embden Community Center, 797 Embden Pond Road

Please join MaineDOT for a preliminary public meeting to discuss the future replacement of the Hancock Bridge (#3372) which carries Embden Pond Road over Hancock Brook. Located 1.89 miles north of Cross Town Road.

Representatives of the Maine Department of Transportation will be present on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. to listen to concerns, receive comments, and answer questions from anyone with an interest in the project. The Department is particularly interested in learning local views relative to project consistency with local comprehensive plans, discovering local resources, and identifying local concerns and issues. Anyone with an interest is invited to attend and participate in the meeting.

Accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities. Auxiliary aids will be provided upon advanced request.
